I provide a brief complimentary phone consultation (15-20 minutes) in which you and I can begin to explore if we are a good fit.
I can provide invoices (SuperBills) for out-of-network reimbursement. This is a great choice if you want to utilize out-of-network benefits and can pay for sessions up front.
Sliding scale: available for those in need of financial assistance, as I strongly believe that mental health should be accessible to all.
My sliding scale is prioritized for those who identify as Black, Indigenous, POC, disabled, LGBTQIA2S+, fat, and low-income.
Please inquire during the initial phone consultation, as I hold a limited amount of sliding scale spots.
Sliding scale arrangements will be renegotiated every 6 months.

If you are able to pay the full session fee, please know that you are assisting me in providing an equitable & sustainable model for those that cannot otherwise afford it. If you are interested and able to pay above the full fee (pay-it-forward), please inquire during the initial phone consultation.

For all services, I utilize the "Ivy Pay" app, which is a HIPAA-secure, PCI-protected payment service that allows you to pay for sessions by saving a credit, debit, HSA or FSA card on-file. I will provide further details in the on-boarding process.
