I provide a brief complimentary phone consultation (15-20 minutes) in which you and I can begin to explore if we are a good fit.
I can provide invoices (SuperBills) for out-of-network reimbursement. This is a great choice if you want to utilize out-of-network benefits and can pay for sessions up front.

Sliding scale: available for those in need of financial assistance, as I strongly believe that mental health should be accessible to all.

- - - My sliding scale is prioritized for those who identify as Black, Indigenous, POC, disabled, LGBTQIA2S+, fat, and low-income.
    - Please inquire during the initial phone consultation, as I hold a limited amount of sliding scale spots.
    - Sliding scale arrangements will be renegotiated every 6 months.
    - See graphic below on to determine where you may fall on the sliding scale.

If you are able to pay the full session fee, please know that you are assisting me in providing an equitable & sustainable model for those that cannot otherwise afford it. If you are interested and able to pay above the full fee (pay-it-forward), please inquire during the initial phone consultation.

Therapy Fees

Individual Intake session, 16-90 minutes: $220

Individual session, 53-60 minutes: $190

Individual session, 53-60 minutes, ADULT STUDENT: $135

Individual session, 83-90 minutes: $225

Individual session, 83-90 mins, ADULT STUDENT: $170

*All cancellations must be made 24-hours before scheduled appointments, to avoid charges (full session fee). Please refer this policy in the on-boarding forms provided to you*

Consultation Fees

Clinical Case Consultation (up to 30 mins): $65

Clinical Case Consultation (31-60 mins): $125

Consultation for Caregivers/Families (80 mins) - INITIAL Session: $255

Consultation for Caregivers/Families (50 mins): $200

For all services, I utilize the "Ivy Pay" app, which is a HIPAA-secure, PCI-protected payment service that allows you to pay for sessions by saving a credit, debit, HSA or FSA card on-file. I will provide further details in the on-boarding process.
